In a season where much of the red carpet appearances have had an all-black dress code in honor of the Time's Up and #MeToo movements, actress Salma Hayek didn't skimp on the bling when dressing for the Oscars this evening.

Hayek, in custom Gucci by Alessandro Michele, stunned in a pop of color, all-over sequins, a swathed neckline with a multi-tiered skirt. The pièce de résistance: a veritable chandelier of crystal strands across her neckline, which also accented her shoulders as epaulets and draped down her back.

Crystals on sparkle on metallic pink not enough for your kira-kira loving tendencies? Hayek accented her look with a romanesque, textural updo and a dark berry lip for an added dose of dark romance. She capped off the ensemble with diamond chandelier earrings and a stunning diamond ring, both by Harry Winston. Fun fact: Hayek's jewelry totals over $4.2 million dollars–because how better to accessorize a gown with gobs of sparkle than with, well, more sparkle?!
Hayek, who is married to Kering CEO François-Henri Pinault, walked the red carpet alone, and carried a simple silver clutch with her otherwise show-stopping look.

Hayek joined her her fellow actresses at the Golden Globes and at the BAFTA awards in head-to-toe black in honor of Time's Up, and seemed to save her affinity for color, glitz, glamour and Disney princess vibes for the Academy Awards.
